The Epicness of Sam day.

Quite a few epic things happened today, all of it centered around Sam.

1. Sam woke up with a nosebleed this morning all over the place, he ruined a pillow and his bedsheets. O_o >_> So he left a hastily scribbled note on the pillow and the dirty towels and pillowcase in the bathtub. I felt bad for the poor housekeeper. And bad for Sam because a nosebleed is never fun.

2. Sam had an epic sandwich when we went out shopping today. He had a chicken parmesan sandwich at Ate Doors Down (the new cafe that opened in the place of the old Gala Cafe). Apparently everything was fresh and homemade, down to the bread, the panfried chicken fillet, the sauce. I had an asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese and it was very nice, all fresh too.

3. Sam found a few figurines at Neotokyo, some Yotsuba figurine with interchangeable faces and hands and a Gurren Lagen (?) figurine for Harry with ratchet joints and he browsed the Macworld conference when we came back to his room to drop off our packages and gasping over it. >_> I called him a geek for that and I think he deserved it. *laugh* ^_^

4. Sam met everyone at work today and everyone was making fun of me when he left. "Ooooh, so that's your man? Oooh, wowie! He's so sexy! And that accent! *kissy noises*" that sort of crap. Hera was picturing somebody only a few inches taller than me so she was a bit surprised when she saw Sam and how tall he was. She kept grinning at me so I finally threw up my hands and shook my head at her and ignored her. At work today was busy busy busy busy busy to the point where I barely was able to take a breath. Though I did sneak away around 6:30 to eat a cheeseburger Hot Pocket. *grin* And I switched shifts with Kristina so I could be free on Saturday. So tomorrow I'm working 7-noon and then we'll go for lunch and go swimming in the hotel pool. ^_^

5. Sam fixed my computer. He threw in 2 gigs of RAM and cleaned up the drives and changed some settings around. It's quite scary how fast this thing is now. O_o REALLY scary. >_> I must load up the Sims one of these days. Oooooh! He fixed my camera and the graphics card issue, too! ^_^ Yay.

6. Sam brought a load of snack-y things. Smoked salmon and cream cheese and pimento stuffed olives and chips and pretzels and cheese-its and jerky and sweets and so on. He brought half the store for Chrissakes.
